There are currently two ways to purchase SimplyStretch™.

1) Download an order form and complete it by hand (see below for details).

2) Email us your contact details and we will send you a form by post.

2. Print and Complete the Form

Print out the SimplyStretch™ order form. Complete the form by hand.

3. Enclose a cheque
Cheques should be made payable to:

JMK Associates Ltd

We are only able to accept cheques denominated in pounds sterling, for the total amount of your order (including the £2.50 postage and package charge).

Cheques should be drawn from a UK bank. Please write your name and address on the back of the cheque to help us process your order more efficiently.

4. Return the Form
